Avocado Mash with Tomato Salsa and BBQ chicken

4 chicken thigh fillets

1 tbs olive oil

2 cloves garlic

salt and pepper

warm tortillas to serve

1. Place chicken in large dish and combine oil, garlic s&p, drizzle over chicken and put in fridge 15mins.

2. Heat BBQ and BBQ 5 mins on each side, transfer to a plate and slice.

AVO MASH

1 ripe large avo

1 tbs lemon juice or lime juice

1/3 cup light sour cream

1. Place all in a bowl and roughly mash quite well, season with S&P, set aside.

TOMATO SALSA

1 pun cherry tomatoes

2 tbs olive oil

1/4 cup coriander or Italian parsley

1. Quarter your tomatoes and combine all, set aside.

Place your warm tortillas on a dinner plate, start with chicken, avo mash and tomato salsa and wrap. TASTE SENSATION!
