2 Zucchini cut into very thin sliced on a mandalin.
1/4 cup ground almonds
1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1 saucer of milk
1. Preheat oven to a hot 200.c to 250.c
2. Combine the dry ingredients in a med bowl, stiring to combine.
3. Dip zucchini slices in milk then into dry mix to coat. Place on a wire rack coated with cooking spray. Place rack on a baking sheet and into the hot oven for 20mins until brown and crisp.
4. Serve immediately with a meal or fantastic with a homemade dip with drinkies!
