Mangoes & bananas with palm Sugar cream 1/2 cup ready to pour or grated palm sugar 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup light  cocunut cream 1 tbs lime juice 4 just ripe mangoes 2 ripe bananas, sliced diagonally shredded toasted cocunut flakes and lime wedges to serve. 1. To make sauce, combine palm sugar,water and cocunut cream in saucepan and stir over medium heat until comes to a boil. Let simmer for 3 mins. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice and set aside to cool. 2. To serve for a great dessert, cut cheeks from mangoes, remove skin and thickly slice, add sliced bananas. arrange on plates and drizzle with sauce, serve with lime wedges and icecream.
