Tomato, Cucumber & Ham Pasta salad

A great salad for the lunch box, healthy snack or a picnic.

200gms mini pasta

1 stick celery

2 lebanese cucumber s diced

250gm punnet cherry tomaotes

1 carrot, peeled and grated

200gms sliced leg ham.


1/3 cup greeks tyle natural yogurt

1/4 cup whole egg mayo

salt and ground pepper

1. Cook pasta until tender and drain. Refresh in cold water. Place in large bowl.

2. Add celery, cucmbers, tomatoes, carrots, and ham to pasta. Whisk yogurt, mayo and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl, drizzle over pasta, gently toss to combine and serve.
